Portal 2, the storyline had a great twist and the conversations in the game are hilarious all the way through. Lots of new mechanics added in and the curve wasn't too difficult, though it did leave me wishing that the end stages were huge wacky combos of every mechanic learned so far. ( They did combine them but they kept it on the easy side ). The puzzles WERE linear as Milch said but that's to be expected considering that they are the same as in the first portal, puzzles with a direct solution. The only real way to make this portal or the first non-linear is to try to go out of your way to make crazy paths, or use exploits/tricks to skip portions of the level.

All in all it is definitely worth picking up just for the single player, especially since I got it for $29.99 at Game Stop (They are having a sale right now).
Playing the multiplayer next, and it looks like it'll be amazingly fun.

Just beat Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. Love it.
Seriously, I think Naughty Dog is incapable of making a bad game.

Ah, good party. I'll have to tell you guys about the time I tricked Peter into killing Magus, so he had to go through the rest of the game without him, while I had him in my party...

Just finished Metroid: Other M for the Wii. If you're a fan of any of the Metroid Prime games, don't play Other M. You will cry yourself to sleep, as it just does not pull it's weight when compared to Prime. Nintendo; please stop.

Just beat Mario Galaxy 2. Kendall got about halfway through it then quit. I CANNOT HANDLE WHEN PEOPLE DON'T PLAY THROUGH GAMES. Literally, I have a mental list of shit to beat in my head, then when Kendall stops, I have to beat what she didn't too...

So anyway, it was a hella good game. I didn't think the first one was as amazing as people claimed, but the second was definitely the best Mario game since SNES. AAA+++

4 nights of gaming finally resulted in beating Dungeon Siege 3 Co-Op with a co-worker (On "hard").

I hate the game so much now. Partially beacuse of the shit they did bad (Camera, level design, dialog, boss progression) but also partially beacuse there is a good game underneath. The combat was actually fun once the characters got high enough to gain some abilities. The inventory system was simple (Good for co-op) although it had more stats than it needed. Characters played very differently which made for a good co-op experience. It starts going down hill tho. The camera is literally the worst I've seen in a game when two players are on the screen. It does fun things like stop melee characters if they run too close to the edges (Running against a invisible wall, while the enemies have no such issue). Unless it decides it doesn't need to do so and picks an angle which doesn't show both players. And the action in this game is not slow, if you screw up you can die fast. Which brings me to bosses. The fight progression was completely random, from easy to completely frustrating and back to easy. We had two fights that gave us serious trouble, the first in a good way (Learned our characters better). But the second was just lazy devs, they couldn't make the boss hard so they just tossed in random enemies until it was difficult enough. The dialog sections were way way way the too long and often just mindless drivel. Certain bosses were built to specifically remove some characters from the fight, and often it was mine (Melee).

I just can't get away from the fact that it needed another 4 months of work with a producer and a scalpel. It really could have been awesome.

It does raise my excitement for a Diablo 3 on consoles tho, assuming Blizzard does what they do best. Take from others and then add 5 tons of polish and awesome. I wasn't sure how they could make Diablo 3 better than WoW (An issue Blizzard itself I surmise is facing due to the length of time in development). This game has the core DNA of how they do that.

I'm scared to admit this, but... I just beat Bayonetta. I don't know what happened when I first got it (release day and everything), I just stopped playing around Chapter VII and never got back to it.
