I added this to the youtube comments for his newest video:
I used to support this guy when I first saw the trailers, but after his tantrums on his web site, I reverse my decision. What kind of absolute moron threatens the very company he's trying to win over? Robert, apparently. Nice going idiot, you just blew whatever chance you never had with Nintendo. Might as well go light yourself on fire in front of NoA's building in protest, cause that's the only way they'll take notice of you now: as a pile of ashes on the sidewalk...
I feel sad that I didn't think to put "flaming pile of ashes" before hitting submit, but oh well...

EDIT:
I added the "flaming" bit to the video comments.

It seems like he destroyed whole room where he was locked it, take a look on camera.
And he is lying in rubbles.

Yeah... looks like he gave up, and decided to trash his room.

Does this sound like someone you would like to work with?

30 days in isolation would mess with anyone's head, but if you're unstable to start with you get...bob

He would have had much better luck making it a PC game to start with. So long Bob. Nintendo can't be pushed around by a single guy.

EDIT:
I wonder how much longer Bob's going to lay in the rubble of his former office?

EDIT2:
The cam feed is paused. I noticed the sign isn't moving. I saw this on tigsource, so he's not dead:

After reading through all of his recent blog posts on his site, it's kinda obvious this guy has some issues, I don't know if he's doing it for the publicity, if he's got rattled and confused staying in that room, or if he was unstable before he locked himself in there.

He needs help... and I don't mean from nintendo.

Wow, I totally agree. I supported him when I first heard about it but he has taken it way too far. He needs help.

Here's the latest from his site

Code: Select all

RAIDED BY THE POLICE WHILE FAKING HIS OWN DEATH ON WEBCAM AND DOESN'T AFRAID OF ANYTHING!
IM ALIVE!
Faking your own death is just low... any credibility he had has all but diminished :(

(also being picky, but this doesn't actually make any grammatical sense "AND DOESN'T AFRAID OF ANYTHING!")

You know, if his game turns out to be half as entertaining as his marketing campaign, then I look forward to playing it. He might be slightly crazy, but crazy people tend to be the ones that come up with the most groundbreaking stuff.

People thought that Charles Babbage was crazy, but if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be typing this.

All I know is, if I see "Bob's Game" on store shelves, I'll give it a go. If I don't see it, I won't shed a tear...

Yeah I saw that video somehow he thinks going to a Nintendo store and harassing there employees is going to help in someway. And whats up with that outfit and haircut, plus half the video is of his horrific boots.
