Anim8or is cool. I found it back in 2000... It was my first 3D modeling and animation experience, it's easy enough for any noob to learn 3d. I still recommend it. I still use it sometimes. I'm going to try to find some renders I took a while back.

Finally made a vid of old 3d renders. Most of these images were done with the help of Anim8or.

Milkshape 3d is what trufun202 is using to make golvellius 3d,

if i ever get into 3d stuff id probably got milkshape 3d because you can't get those sweet '90s 3d graphics

Anim8or was my first 3D experience as well, didn't use it longer than a couple of days, lost interest for modelling at the time. Way later I started using Blender3D which is Really good(And free + open source, which meens there's a lot of tutorials available).

Normally I imported my object from sketchup in anim8tor because the lighting problems and anim8tor worked for alphas, now he doesn't work anymore with alphas, even older already exported in anim8tor files with alphas doesn't work.I've made my character model in anim8tor, made a skeleton, then used bone influences for the arms and legs. The model animates nice in the sequence editor. When I load the model into my game.
