I thought so too. I had 5$ left on a visa gift card after buying my r4, so I thought, why the heck not?

Seiken Densetsu 3
Been meaning to play this game since it came out in '95... I finally beat it this morning, it's still awesome! <3
My party consisted of: Star Lancer, Night Blade, and Sage.

Check out my youtube channel to see boss fights and the ending.

The only Mana game I have ever played was Final Fantasy Adventure, and I didn't even get very far in it. Do the sequels get better? I found it kinda boring.

I've only played about 1/4 of Final Fantasy Adventure, I found it kinda boring too. I didn't like Legend of Mana so much either, didn't finish it... Secret of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 3 are my fav, even though they are not very difficult, I enjoy their story, art, music and gameplay. My younger siblings have Children of Mana, I haven't tried that yet and don't know much about it either, but they seemed to like it... So yeah, out of the Mana series, I think SoM and SD3 are worth checking out at least.

I'll probably have to find the ROM hack of it sometime then. I love when people say a game isn't very difficult as a negative thing though. Because difficulty is rarely a factor for me when it comes to games. Playability is more of a factor. I can go through a game without dying once and enjoy it, or die 100 times and keep on playing. It depends on the overall design of the game.

Prototype +(second time with all the stuff...)

I just hate don't sympathise these turn-based RPG games(like final fantasy I,II,III,IV,V,VI,VII,VIII,IX,X... just tell me how is it FINAL fantasy, who's fantasy is it exactly?)

"The series began in 1987 as an eponymous video game developed to save Square from bankruptcy; the game was a success and spawned sequels." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Final_Fantasy

That's why, Square Soft was going bankrupt and Final Fantasy was gonna be their last game. Fortunately for them it saved them from bankruptcy and thus the series could continue.

This is not uncommon; Tecmo's game Dead or Alive is a play on words. This game was either going to save or kill Tecmo from bankruptcy too, thus "Dead or Alive" is the title.

some Video Game History 101 for ya

Just beat Halo 3. It's my second time through the game, and after three years I'm still not quite sure what I think of this game. Lots of it I love, and lots of it I hate. Its definitely not in the same league as the first two.

Such a classic DOS game! Sadly the years since then have not been as kind to Indiana Jones in the gaming world. Well, I guess it's not the years, it's the mileage.

Wow, I didn't even know Diablo came out for the PSX. Is it a good port of the PC version or kinda meh? (Admittedly I have never been a big Diablo fan, but it's hard to deny it's roll in video game history).
