So, I'm in desperate need of money this summer. I'm getting my grandma's car in the near future (sweet jesus) and I'll need cash stocked up if I want to be able to go places sometimes.
I was planning on mowing yards, but my wonderful acquaintance from up the street has convinced the rich neighbors that I'm the antichrist. So I'm out of a job there.
Since I'm not yet 16, I can't think of any business that would hire me over the summer.
Faced with this dilemma, I've been trying to think of any way to earn money. My imagination seems to be lacking lately.
Any ideas?
I think other could benefit from this, maybe.

Trick kids out of their money at school.
Litterally. Here's some things that I have done or seen others do and worked great:
Go to Sams or Casco or some other warehouse where you can buy boxes of candy. Then carry those candies around in a bag at school and sell for 1 dollar a bar. Eventually, your name will get around, and you'll be making tons.
^ Do this with many other things. School is a great source of income if you're smart. Sell porn (you wouldn't believe how that goes if you do it right), dollar store items, condoms, warzed programs/movies, music, etc.
Print brochures and tack them onto local mailboxes that simply state that you're someone willing to work for money. Include a phone number and available times. This way, you aren't limited to mowing. People will call you up with all sorts of things, from help moving, to mowing, to painting, to gardening. Older people especially find this helpful and are willing to pay for simple tasks such as taking out the garbage, getting the mail and newspaper, etc. Babysitting is also a common one. Also, be sure to include the fact that your payment is negotiable depending on the work.
And if you want a steady source of income, ask a teacher about a youth employment form or whatever you call it. Fill it out, get it signed by parents, etc. Then apply for a job at most grocery stores. They usually hire 15 year olds for bagging, mopping, carts, etc, and are pretty easy to work with about times (around your school schedule, that is). Don't expect more than minimum wage, though.
Do ebay. Sell old things...Or buy and resell old things for more. This is sometimes tedious, though, and usually required that you have a decent sum to invest in a lot of goods to be worth it.
Garage sale. Again, get rid of old junk. Tell your parents that you'll help and set most of it up if you get large chunk of profit.
Finally...Rob a bank. It's a pretty decent get-rich-quick scheme. Don't listen to the morons that say those are fake.

Isn't there some kind of restriction on the number of hours you're allowed to work, if you're under a certain age? I thought I heard something about that.

This is a little off topic, then again it might not be I'm not sure. Anyways not to long ago there was this kid at my school, he had a little buisness selling, now right this down kids, he sold little crocheted knick knacks. the idea was so retarded. I looked at half the school, if not more, that bought little hackysacks and necklaces and shit, and I remember thinking how retarded he was. BUt then one faithfull day he told us that he was making about 20 bucks a week!!! Offa those peices of crap. now when this spread round someone else decided to start. This caused many heated discussions and debates, and the occasional fist fight, taht led to the school actually making them quite their buisnesses.
