Fantastic work Falco on another solid toolkit version and great release article. That status bar was definitely a worthy addition and the bug fixes always welcomed. Love the transparency indicators, makes the tool look so much more professional!

The status bar seems like a nifty feature at the moment, but trust me, the minute we start writing Lua scripts again and need to trigger something based on a tile location, this will be an absolute necessity. Long overdue.

Nice to see the progress you're making.

[...] and seemed like quite a pain in the ass while I was high.

They don't make good painkillers anymore...

Also, the two images (screenshots) aren't loading anymore.

Working fine for me, can you post the broken image URL here please?

Actually they work here at home. Probably was something on my computer at work. When I tried to open them, there was a message saying the image contained errors. Well, nevermind then...

Pretty bitchin' dude.

Everything works great under linux (screenies attached). But seriously check your damn cases on the includes, osx might not give a shit about case sensitivity but linux does.

Ran into that bug you listed under known issues. Other than that rock on :)

Shiiiiiit, son. Looks pretty sexy on Linux. Glad to see that other than the case-sensitivity, we didn't break the build. Windows and OSX get the most testing, so you better keep our asses in line. ;)

I'm sure plenty of fans--myself included--would be happy to do some Linux testing. ;)

Okay, you fuckers. Just fixed the known bug in SA. MapView uses a custom selection engine (as opposed to the other views which use QT's built-in selection engine). I wasn't clamping the selected region to the map boundaries. I can't believe I missed that.

... I blame the drugs!

We have secret evil schemes for letting people get their hands on the Toolkit... all in good time. ;)
