You need to learn how to use Flash, that's pretty much all there is to it...
I suggest looking into how to use the onion skin in the timeline and how to do frame by frame animation.

that is an awesome sword, but just google "flash drawing tutorials"
use video search, watch any video and you will soon work it out.
you need to learn to use layers, and the timeline.
onionskin is a preference thing, some people like it others not.
