Zeid's Epic Art Thread

Post by zeid »

So a few samples of my art from game projects I have been working on and just for practice stuff as well... Hopefully this big post wont break any rules or the universe or anything. From what I read of the rules it should be fine :)
2D:
Concept art for a zombie game we are making using the torque game engine at university, the actual image files use layers that contain various different alternative features to add and remove. So I will show the base of each zombie type and an example with features...

Amazing work. The zombies and rabbit beast are seriously impressive. It's a shame I can't do paint work that well. I'm looking forward to seeing more.

For your animation, you can embed youtube straight in.

Do

(I turned off BBCode for this post, but exactly like that will work). That's the part after the v

Also, looks really nice.

Damn. That is some impressive work right there, my friend. I would love to see some of your programming projects to go along with your amazing art. ;)

Thanks, also the video is now embedded. If I ever finish any projects I will post them up :P... and maybe even if I partially finish/start.

also quick high-res arm a lower resolution version of this is going into the zombie game (which is why it isn't super detailed) for the uni project, you will see it with the guns along with their animations (The guns where made by my art team of the project):

I use 3ds Max and Zbrush for 3d, Photoshop for 2d and MSpaint for pixel art (then animation software for getting it moving obviously and photoshop occassionally for colour changes, etc.).
