Which one do you think best Pixlr or Toolpic, photoshop alte

Hey guy, i am using pixlr from last 2 year, i think it is the best alternative to photoshop, But recenlty some one launch http://www.toolpic.com which is same like pixlr but have some extra function,
The difference between both of them is toolpic have animation option, with shortcut effect, with frames which we can add on picture.
This is my review what you guy says pixlr or toolpic,
