GyroVorbis wrote:4 was amazing. I thougt 5 was absolutely horrible due to difficulty level and storyline. 5's take on the battle system was win, though.

Unfortunately 6,8,9 are the only FFs that I have yet to play. XD
You reeeeeeeaalllly need to play 6. What an excellent game. It's where the storytelling in FF really took off. One of the best soundtracks of any game as well.

But, I will have to agree with OP. FFVII......EPIC WIN!!!

I should really get around to playing a final fantasy game because I've only played one (IV) which I didn't even complete.
I'll make your software hardware.

Final Fantasy 7 was my all-time favorite. The storyline is outstanding.

Final Fantasy 9 was pretty decent as well.

I'm on the final disk in VII right now just doing sidequests and stuff before I own Sephiroth's ass.

I have to agree, win is the only way to describe this game.
I can't get enough, it's like drugs only better in a way because I don't have to pay for it every time I wanna play.

I'm about to own Ruby Weapon and Emerald Weapon's asses.
I got everyone's final limit break besides Vincent maybe Cid...
Everyone has their Ultimate Weapon.
I have Master Magic, Master Command, and Master Summon Materia from Mastering all Magic Materia, Command Materia, and Summon Matera.
And once I beat Emerald Weapon I'll have another set of Master Materia.
That's a lot of fucking Materia and Mastering.

Cloud, Cait Sith and Barret are all max at 99 for their level and I'm going to max all the rest of the characters out as well.
I'm also trying to get Barret up to his max Strength by using Power Sources, and then using his Ultimate Weapon and putting all master materia in it then giving him a Hero Drink which will overload the strength and instantly kill anyone bwahahaha!

Lol...

But yeah, the game is awesome and if you haven't played it, then what the fuck are you doing?
If you got a PS3 or a PSP then get it from the PlayStation Store.
If not, then download the PC version or buy the PS1 version of eBay do whatever you can even if it means killing innocent lives to play this game!

...
That is all.
