GAME, do you mean collection, TotS, or EoD?
Maybe just AtL in general?

TotS had fantastic voice acting of Milo-quality from Miss Jennifer T, and Miss Debi D, great story, and a whole SA2 meets .HACK// feel.

Arc the Lad II is a fantastic game. The first one is very short (< 10 hours), but I would definitely recommend playing it to set yourself up for part II. If you can get your hands on a copy, there was a collection released for PS1 in '02 or '03 I believe that had both of them in it. Also came with the soundtrack and a leatherbound instruction manual if I recall (although I may be confusing it with Lunar:TSSS COMPLETE or Lunar 2:EB COMPLETE, both also amazing!). Anyways, Arc the lad 2 is turn based strategy at its best (except for maybe Final Fantasy Tactics of course).

EDIT: Goddam I just replied to an old post. Oh well, definitely worth mentioning.

I really liked Twilight of the Spirits. One of the few RPGs I've beaten.

End of Darkness, however, isn't very balanced. They made it a mission-based action RPG, and all too often enemies or a mission is too hard.
