Dreamcast game engines?

Other than Elysian Shadows, what other game toolkits are on, or coming out for Dreamcast?
I Know there is Beats of Rage, which allows you to make your own Streets of Rage 2 style beat'em up.
There is the Dolmexica engine, which you can make your own 2D fighting game like Street fighter 2.
Anyone know of, or working on any others?!? I want to start playing around making a game, and I can't wait for ES, but I want to do something other than a fighting game.
