It mechanicly worked good but the ascii art was cut in half. It was to big even when in standard fullscreen console mode. Which is like 80x20 chars.

That's because your resolution is so low and your monitor is a peice of crap.
I mean, jesus, the school computers must get at least twice the resolution you do... :nono:

When you force into DOS fullscreen, the resolution is set by DOS. Your ascii art was designed for the unstandardness that is xp (at least for dos box).

Yeah, probably. We did notice that fullscreening DOS had even lower resolution than maximizing in windows.

It did look pretty good on Windows 2000 at school, though.
