I'm not a jerk at all, Marx didn't understand what I was saying, took offense to it.

the main issue is how deep below the surface the break is. If BP had been in any way allowed to put the pipe in shallower water they would've been able to get divers down there to fix it and we would've been done a month ago

Actually, they managed to temporarily stop the flow. While theres not as much oil spewing out, they're going to go through with their "pressure relief" plan.
