Imagine Cup 2009 - $25,000 Game development compo

I was made aware of this competition recently.
There's several categories, but the game development one seems most interesting to me.
Make a game using XNA Game Studio 2.0 or XNA 3.0
The theme is "Solve the world's toughest problems" yikes...
Grand prize is $25,000. That's a lot of beer money.
