I thought this was pretty interesting. Sony has announced that their releasing a 3D television that will be compatable with several of their products, including PS3. I don't plan on buying a PS3, but it should be interesting to see what innovations in gaming come from this.
"The Financial Times is reporting that Sony is announcing 3D TVs for late 2010 at the IFA technology trade show in Berlin. It's another glasses-based technology with "active shutter" being employed (the same stuff teased at CES as well as employed on NVIDIA's glasses). Expect to see 3D Bravia television sets, Vaio laptops, PS3s and Blu-ray disc players compatible with this technology."
I think its a good move for Sony to release this gimmick, lets see Xbox top that...
Not only they're making a motion controller(like the Wii's), they will now have a PS3-unique feature.
"Programmers are the Gods of their tiny worlds. They create something out of nothing. In their command-line universe, they say when it’s sunny and when it rains. And the tiny universe complies."
