For new guys:the friends list detects when the same person logs into a different character and shows you the name of the char he is using so you don't have to give each character's name

i ahve played quite a bit, but i stopped some time ago. Anyway im pretty sure i have a charactor named: "ismetteren ismet" if no such charactor exits, then try ismettern ismet (yes there are a difference between the two :P). If none of those works, just tell me :O

You probably wont see me online until guildwars 2, so i wouldent add me if i was you :D

There is PLENTY of new content if you haven't logged in a while :D
And about GW2.... I'm not playing much either and just waiting for it...

They started a new environmental-based skill mechanism (only works for a few skills now) which is going to be used in GW2

Sounds good, but i dont feel for installing it again + Alot of the fun was playing with the very nice guild i was in. Can you link to a page on wiki.guildwars.com about that skill thing, or maybe to a skill that has such effects? im courious to see how it works.

I made quite the dent on that wiki, before it was bought (or whatever) by wikia. Not that that triggered my inactivity, I just stopped before it moved, iirc. I think guild wars has its own official wiki, now (that one used to be the only one).

Yea :D Bought the first campaign after a little bit more research on the net.

Also, my Necromancers name is Bone Shok. Haven't picked my secondary class yet. (Might go with Mesmer or Scout)

Overall the game seems good so far, and the learning curve isn't too steep.

Don't worry about your secondary too much. You can change it later and secondary skills only come into play for a handful of builds.
