Yikarso wrote:Beat RE4 today. That game was fantastic. One of my new favorites. And now I have all of these damn hard other modes to play. Should be fun.

My only complaint is the end battle. I actually didn't know it was the last battle until I got the rocket launcher. Not that the battle wasn't epic, but after the Krauser fights..well you really just can't top Krauser.
I agree. The battle was epic as hell, but when you have about 5 other bosses that are epic enough to be last bosses themselves, the actual last boss didn't look like too much.

By the way, the mercinaries is one of the most addictive, frustrating, and action filled unlockables I've ever played in my life. You'll love and hate it. Also asignment ada and seperate ways kick ass.

Beat Final Fantasy VIII (kind of cheated). That was more frustrating than Xorn. Also, I like VIII's story more than VII's but the junction system makes me cry.

I'm pretty sure I'm getting FFVIII tomorrow, with enough cash to get 7 whenever I find it for a reasonable price.

I do believe VII is a good game, but I'm positive that it's completely over-rated by people like Luke who try to proclaim it the best RPG on the planet. Most people with the same tastes as myself say that FFVI for SNES is the best FF game.

I beat Kingdom Hearts II. It's definitely one of my favorite games now. I actually enjoyed it more than Okami. Only problem it had was that it's kind of a button-masher but that didn't really bother me.

Just beat Chrono Trigger. It was good, but people exaggerate way too much. I can see how it was easily the best RPG ever when it came out, but I don't think it still is. Like most people though, I would love to see it remade as a 3D game with voice acting. On to Rogue Galaxy. Hooray!

Yeah, Chrono Trigger was like a revolution when it came out. I'd love to see a modernized version too, but goddamn Square-Enix shut down the Chrono Trigger Resurrections project.

On to Rogue Galaxy? I bought the game last week, and Peter bought it last night. The game is some serious kick-ass. Definitely one of the best looking PS2 games ever. It really does have no load times unless you use a warp instead of walking places. I personally found that it took me almost 20 hours to REALLY get to the good part of the game. It's so damn long.

I'm only about 7 or 8 hours in. I got it Feb. 1st but I just started playing a couple days ago because I was trying to finish up Chrono Trigger.

Beat God of War II on hard mode on Monday. Best action game I've ever played. Some nice unlockables too. Probably gonna run through it another time to get the urns I missed.

On to Rogue Galaxy.

I can't afford this game yet. I'm getting it from Tyler after he beats it, but he beats games at the rate of playing an hour a week. Goddamnit, hurry the hell up, Tyler!
