As I said, I am very skeptical, but nevertheless, I signed up. You owe me. Haha.

Re: Swagbucks, get free things for searching.
Well, from my quick googling I found that it was legit, but it just doesn't seem worth it. It's like trying to make money in Entropia Universe. You can do it, but it is so slow that it is like wasting your time.

I'm skeptical to say the least. I'm sure there is some sort of a 'catch'.

Re: The new Axis of evi... I mean Google making a new OS?
I love Google, I just like to make fun of them a lot... Have you got an invite for Google Voice yet? It's pretty sweet... I got mine the other day. No, but I've heard about it. It looks really cool, I'm just not ready to make the transition to something like that. Considering my home, cell, and wor...

Re: Homelessness by choice.
I agree with avansc. Life just doesn't work like that. You can't just pick up everything and run away from the world and the obviously flaws of modern civilization. People don't work in a cubicle to pay for their home and bills. They work a full time job so they are able to enjoy the luxury of being...

Re: Trine the game where you do things
The game looks like a pretty solid PSN title to me, but nothing spectacular. If it comes to XBLA I might have to pick it up, but it really doesn't seem to do anything new.

Sometimes I feel like I am the only fan left of Google alive. It's a lonely life.

Re: Meaning of Life
I think the simplest answer for this is 42 Way to bring back a 2 year old topic, make me read 5 pages of it before I realize this, and put my opinion in, haha. The meaning of life to me is simple, there is no meaning beyond what you create. Life is nothing more, and nothing less than what you make ...

Re: Violent in video games: will it last or will it pass?
I actually had to write a paper on "Violence in video games" and I said the exact same thing, people who do it in real life are fcked up to begin with. Obviously they are fucked up if they go out and kill someone, but often there is evidence that these fucked up people were inspired by vi...

Re: Palin Throwing in the Towel
 *hurls* I am still wondering why she'd just quit if she is so popular among the conservative vote. That is something that I think is very puzzling. One theory that I heard that seems pretty likely is that she quit because she was so popular. Basically, she has been getting sued to hell and ...

Re: Violent in video games: will it last or will it pass?
Well, I can't read the article, but my opinion is that there are many games that are successful without violence. For sake of argument let's say any game that gets and E rating is obviously not violent (unless you count jumping on a brown walking mushrooms head violent.) With that you got, * Mario G...

Re: Buildeft2D Beta release
Sweet, dude. Although RB is not an ANSI BASIC (its more like VisualBASIC), I say that when it comes to software/games, its more about what you can accomplish with a language then the language itself. I'm surprised more people around here aren't using variants of BASIC for game programming. I agree ...
