Re: Milch's Green Robot Engine Developement
Well, it passed quite some time since I last posted in this thread, so I though I might update it. This has several reasons, the biggest one is called "Warsow" - I joined their devteam to redo the whole UI (shameless plug here  ) so most of my coding-time goes there until the UI is fi...

Re: Level Editor Help (SDL)
You could simply give the program arguments when you start it:
e.g 'game.exe -L[PathToLevel]'
The game would then check it and automatically load the level.

The only thing that actually interested me was the Wii U thing - and it seems like crap.
Nintendo still hasn't stated if it is possible to have more than one of these touchscreenthingys connected at once. Makes me sad

Maybe I've got something wrong, but there is a protected keyword in Java, and it does exactly that what you've talked about. (google it)

Portal 2
It took me about 5 hours I think.
I liked it, but it is sad that there are no "hardcore" parts anymore and everything is pretty linear - most puzzles have only 1 solution.

Re: OOP X not declared! :@
Okay, here's what I say:
1. Using a include-guard (the #ifdef part at the beginning of a file) inside a .cpp file is useless (because of point 2)
2. Do not include the .cpp files!
You should only include the .h/.hpp files, and not the .c/.cpp files!

Re: Humble Bundle #3
Well, I think this one is not as cool as the other 2.
I always though the HumbleIndieBundle stands for crossplattform from different indies.
Though, I'm still going to buy it, to show my support :D
