Finished being a dumb ass? No, you're still going at that one.Rebornxeno wrote:At least I finished something that people remember, wait I don't know who you are?
Also, you don't really have much credibility when most of your posts so far on this forum have been asking for help.

. If I remember correctly, Falco implemented the AssetIO class which I believe Marcell uses in the level editor as well to load in things like maps and other various things so that you can focus on one implementation of loading some file or whatever and then the AssetIO class can handle passing it ...

It IS a bad month... all these legends passing. I REALLY hope these guys were all atheists. I can't WAIT to go to hell and join the greatest minds of our age... :) Logically thinking minds, I think you can guess what their religious standpoints might be. ;) There is some SERIOUS hacking ...

Re: qt with gamedevelopment
QT can handle keyboard input perfectly fine... It can even integrate with OpenGL for graphics... Would I recommend you use it for a "game"? Probably not, but it sure as hell can do it. It can do some extreeeeeemely powerful shit for ANY kind of software development task. What he said. ^ Q...

Really awesome, I'd rather play it on the computer obviously... I just wish that it wasn't in XNA so that people who don't use Windows could play it.
Looking forward to seeing more development on this in the future!

I didn't expect so lovely replies. Thanks so much! Here's a simple "stone block" or what I shall call it: http://nechrology.com/nphoto/upload/8400StoneBlock2.png PS: I am going to add some more details on this one. Looks kinda dull as it is. And here's the video: oTxckryhZiE You could mak...

Re: Chaos Rift XNA Developers
Actually, there are lots of guys around here that use XNA. I'm sure you'll get a bunch of responses. I wouldn't count on it. You scared them all off. Remember? :) The ones left will hide it at any cost. hehe ;P jk. Trufun released a game for XBLA if I remember correctly. We're totally cool with it ...

Re: data storage
I was kidding about the xml compressability... It's just what "fans" say all the time and i'm sick of hearing it. Using it for configuration purposes is in my opinion perfectly reasonable if you want them to be human-readable, given that the amount/structure of data justifies it . For exa...

Re: you first video game console?
My first console was the Sega Genesis, I had about like 5 games for it. I was very young, I don't really remember how old I was to be honest.
I had Sonic Pinball, Jurassic Park, World of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck and some other games as well, but I can't remember.
