I'm kinda new to using SDL but kinda sounds like a linking problem, are you sure you have -lSDL_Image set up right?

Games i'd like to see get a "modern makeover" are; Crystalis, River city ransom, Shadowgate, Solstice, Crono trigger, Super earth defense force, Super mario RPG, Final fight, Toejam and Earl, Beyond oasis, and Dragonforce. Oh i'd also like to see Goldrush, Oregon trail, the Legend of Kyran...
