Re: HIT THA BLOCK with a few bucks, came back with gold

Why yall gotta hate a player. I wasn't trying to impress anyone, merely giving reasons for my financial situation as it has a direct bearing on the fact that I only have a Playstation 2. My casually mentioning something in conversation doesn't necessarily mean that I take pride in it or even that it...

Re: HIT THA BLOCK with a few bucks, came back with gold

Yeah I'm pretty real. I can't prove it to you but I don't see why you would have reason to believe that I would lie to you. Dawg. I wish I still had my Dreamcast and Echo the Dolphin game. I sold both and now I miss both. I actually sold all of my systems, and my brother moved away and took the only...

HIT THA BLOCK with a few bucks, came back with gold

Yeah, I've gotten into the habit of spending most of my money on weed and fast food, which sustains me quite well even if I am leading myself into a cycle of self serving money management and self destruction, hah, but recently I've moved from the boondocks into suburbia, and this means that now, th...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

Into the Wild really was a good movie. I rented it and watched it and despite the main character's death I was still inspired by it. But it wasn't the catalyst for my decision. I just thought it was a good movie.

Re: Homelessness by choice.

Maybe. But I'd rather try it before I had a career and possibly a family that I'd have to abandon if I disliked a normal life. Fresh out of high school I'll have no obligations and plenty of possibilities. And plus, if I decided after I'd graduated college that it wasn't for me, that would be four y...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

It's alright. I wasn't offended by it so much as I was just trying to diffuse any arguing that might ensue. A lot of people stick to their views so adamantly and refuse to budge for reasons of pride more than because they actually believe deeply in what they're trying to say. I just assumed you were...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

I don't want to argue with anyone. I don't know why you feel the need to be mean in expressing your opinion. Obviously I welcome what you have to say, or I wouldn't have posted my plans, but it is easily possible to say what you mean to say without being blatantly offensive. I mean, there's a differ...

Re: The Government Has Money For Wars...

It's all good and well to have ideals and wish peace upon the world, but because not every person has the same goals in mind, there will never be a time when all of humanity pools together to cure the problems they've created. Hoping for that to happen is just fucking stupid, honestly. The best we c...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

Yeah I've considered bicycling also. But I have two years still to think of it. That's plenty of time to plan out all of the details of how to manage from day to day. Maybe I can draw shit and sell it to make money. I'd say a lot of people would buy drawings if they were somewhat decent and fairly p...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

I have two years of high school left. I've really thought about getting some kind of big, open vehicle to travel in, but I just don't know if the experience would be the same in a vehicle. It seems like everything would zoom by too quickly, and I'd rather take in the sights. But then again walking w...

Re: Homelessness by choice.

Yeah I'm fairly certain I'm going to do it. The stereotype of the homeless person is obviously the scraggly old man with tattered clothes and missing teeth, but the stereotype often also includes some kind of physical or mental disability, and of the homeless people who actually meet this stereotype...

Homelessness by choice.

Yes, it has been a while since I've visited this place, but my intentions now are not to beg that you remember me. I came here again because I remember it as being a fairly small community, and what I wish to discuss, being homeless not because of unfortunate circumstances but by choice, would best ...

I hope nobody throws too much of a fuss over me posting in a week-old thread. But I thought I might actually steer back on topic with this post. Anyway, I don't have GTAIV or the means to obtain it, (no 360 or money) but my cousin does, and I spent a few late nights in front of his TV playing the ga...
