Re: Bad Day 8(

Thanks guys, it's been rough. She's really trying to go outside, so we're taking that as a good sign. She can't go out for two weeks though so it might get a little rough.

Bad Day 8(

Today my cat had to have her tail amputated. She's been having a lot of problems this last week after having been missing for two days. She came back with a really bad bladder infection, bleeding a lot and peeing just about everywhere. The vet said something happened to her tail (run over, pulled by...

Re: Text 2.0

Seems pretty cool but leaves a lot unanswered. Will this be usable with normal text? Seems like a lot of the capabilities need to be programmed into the text. How cumbersome are the eye-trackers? Is it something you wear? Something you mount onto your computer?

Haha! I used to read ctrl+alt+del when I needed to kill time at my old loss-prevention job. Glad to see it's still funny :D

Re: [SDL/LIBPNG] Noob here.

Is it possible that you have an older version of png.h in your OS' system folder that the linker is accessing before it looks in the project folder?

Re: C++ Pointer/HEAP Question

Super informative thread! I have not used new or delete as of yet (my C++ professor said you don't need it if you're creative and it can be dangerous) so I'm a little hazy on the application of it. This thread pulls most of it together for me, but when do you delete the allocated memory? I know &quo...

I also got a lot out of antiRTFM's series. Very informative, if a little slow going.

Re: My version of Pickin Sticks

Great Job! Plays really well. Only suggestion I would make is to polish off your movement a bit. It get's a bit sticky when you press more than one arrow at once.
